i'm a 16 year old girl who is 5'3" and 90 pounds and my brother is 13 and 5'6" and about 180 pounds.

well today, my brother and i got into a huge argument.

he punched me a few times and i didn't fight back because i knew he would start wailing on me.

i really didn't say anything besides calling him fat and saying he couldn't handle a fight with someone.

then i flipped him off and he grabbed my hand and twisted it.

my finger is sorta sprained.

my mom said that it's MY fault that he did it and that i should be punished.

this always happens. whenever i call him fat, he gets physical with me and i always get blamed.

let me make not I NEVER START THE FIGHTS.

i feel like i have nobody to turn to, i really don't know what to do about this situation. i'm getting really sick of it.

  1. My God! your brother is twice your size and fat. It is not fair that he punched you. Your parents probably assume that since you are the older sibling you have the big advantage of being responsible for your brother so they always blame you. Use your superiority to your advantage. Good Luck.

  2. stop calling him fat..............

  3. You're starting the fights if you call him fat, but he's the one who makes the fights physical.  While him beating you up isn't acceptable, you could easily avoid the situation by not calling him fat.  Your mom should blame both of you.  You're both stupid.
