I have a friend visiting from Ireland (I'm in South Africa) who using a temporary wireless internet connection here (Vodacom SA). He receives all his e-mails but sending is a problem. He uses outlook 2003. Sometimes the mails go through and sometimes it does not. When it does not go through it returns with the following error message:

  1. HI!!!

Well as you know I don't know @#$ about computers, but last week when I was trying to send my cousin an email, it wouldn't let me and i kept on getting a similar message, then she told me that her mailbox was full. lol i was so frustrated for nothing.lol that's the only thing i got.sorry.

  2. the fact that he uses Outlook 2003 is of no value, really.

You must specify what server(s) he's sending the mail through (What's after the @ symbol in his sending address?).

One of the servers along the way does not like the next server the message is going to!
