  1. Gold fish are supposed to be one of the easiest fish to care for.  Make sure your tank is big enough for growth and do some research on the internet regarding their water needs, food and care.  Good luck!

  2. What size tank to you have this 2 inch year old goldfish in and what have you been feeding him?  how long was he in the tank with the other fish? and all total how long have you had him?

Your fish could be stunted.  However once the other fish had passed on, your fish should have started to grow.  What size tank is he in?

  3. get a bigger tank

  4. what size tank do you have? the others may have died because there wasnt enough room  in the tank. the fish will only grow as big as the tank will allow. you should read up on fish keeping , that will explain a lot to you :-)

  5. One goldfish requires a 20 gallon tank.  If you keep them in smaller tanks they don't grow on the outside but their internal organs keeping growing and they eventually die of organ failure.
