Why doesn't my iPod Touch sync all of the movies in iTunes?

I don't get a notes saying that it isn't compatible. The file shows that it is syncing, but when I open up the videos on the iPod they aren't there?

mostly it due to the quality of the converting tool,try another professional third party software to convert your videos to MP4 videos,
