My family recently switched phone service from Verizon to Comcast. With Verizon, I called 900-862-2200 to buy Stardollars for Stardoll. Now, whenever I call, the phone says, "we're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed." Even though I dialed it right! What should I do, since this is the only way I can buy Stardollars!?

  1. Try dialing a "1" first and then the number.

  2. Your Comcast provider isn't allowing the call to go through.  Maybe your parents set it up that way.  Some phone companies won't allow 900 numbers to be called.  Others may need the account holder's permission.  Check with your parents see if they can or will authorize the phone number

  3. its a 900 number not toll free

    possible comcast blocked it

call comcast and it should be fixed
