Why doesn't my site load sometimes?

Question

I have a website (www.ultrathrill.com) hosted on Yahoo Small Business and about 3-4 times a day it simply won't load.

The index page is under 150kb and there's nothing that fancy on there!

Had this problem for over two months now, I'm quite new to HTML but pretty sure it the code checks out.

What browser do you use?

I do have a problem downloading some sites using Internet Explorer 6 (also when I had 7 version). But now I use Firefox, we no problems.
