Why doesn't my stomach stop hurting?~!?

Question

I woke up at 1:00 am with a massive stomach ache. Qucikly i took some tums and tried to lay back down, butthe pain was unberable! (It's not gas pains it's up towards the ribs but a little lower.) It's been over an hour and the pain hasn't gone away. I have to solve it quick or my parents might wake up to my cries. Someone please help.

Hey Does your stomach get really bloated or feel like its so heavy? Thats what i have message me i dont know what it is But heres a hint if u go in a bath it somewhat makes u feel better try it
