I guess some people don't know when to shut up I mean I'm not the kind of person who goes on and on about something and doesn't know when to shut up, if you were to tell me to shut up I'd shut up but other people just keep going on and on and on and don't shut up even when it is obvious that someone wants them to shut up .  I was just talking with my girlfriend the other day and she didn't shut up she just kept talking on and on and I was like shut up already, then she got all mad at me and told me to shut up and I was like jeeez don't you know when to shut up I mean get a clue!

Some people talk to hear the sound of their voices, or to toot their own horns.  If she is like that, I would recommend politely leaving the area.  Make an excuse if you have to.
