Why doesn't superglue get stuck to the inside of the tube?

  1. 2 reasons

    Lack of oxygen and the alcohol in the glue cannot dry up when it is sealed in the tube.


  2. Superglue is activated by the oxygen. The top is airtight, meaning that oxygen can't get in. When the glue comes out, the oxygen activates it and it dries.

  3. That is a good question. When it is sealed like that, it will not dry. So in order for it to stick...it has to able to be dry.  

  4. I believe the reason glue dries is because of air getting to it.. so if it's properly sealed, it wont dry
