  1. Well Tampa is in Florida so at least you have The Heat, and The Magic.


  2. There would have to be a franchise available, a buyer for the franchise, and a lot of support for it.

  3. Tampa is only 30-40 minutes away from Orlando. So they pretty much share teams.

    Baltimore doesn't have a NBA team because Washington is only 30 minutes away.
