Why doesn't the Yahoo "repeat search with ommitted results" work anymore? - it stopped on May 15th

Yahoo! search : "In order to show you the most relevent results...click to...repeat search with the omitted results included." This facility stopped working on May 15th 2008 - anyone know why, and why it has not either been restored or removed?
