On Youtube, why doesn't the number that shows how many people have seen your video get higher?

On my video, there have been 209 views for the last couple of hours, yet I got like 5 more comments...

Why is it that it stays the same?

Back to those old days of China, it was really a big curious for those people who were very skillful in picking the fiddle of the violin.

A young man violinist played his violin. Oh, there came so many people. And it was very crowded.

Not long one by one more and more people scattered. He didn`t understand why.
