Why doesn't the liquid in Liquitab washing detergents dissolve the casing of the liquitab?

  1. its made of super refined PVA ( like wood glue), which when water is applied, dissolves into a harmless solution!


  2. It's made of the same stuff that the witch was made out of in The Wizard of Oz...

    Water makes it dissolve like she did! hehe

  3. The liquid inside is a long-chain polymer soap. The casing is water soluable so the liquid has no effect.
