Hi, guys! When I cook rice in a bowl, it doesn't stick to the bottom if I use a lid, but when I don't use it it sticks. How does that work? Does anyone know?

  1. It knows your watching!

  2. I'm no scientist but I assume it's because, the moisture doesn't evaporate and is locked inside. The moisture condensate on the glass only on the inside, preventing the rice from drying out and getting gummy, making it stick to the bowl.
