Why doesn't tom ever respond to anything or reply to anything that anyone sends him on myspace?

Because out of 200 million existing accounts, one man would not be able to keep up with that many emails.

Not to mention, 99% of the emails would be little kids asking for html help, which he clearly exclaims he will not help with.

Myspace customer service is who responds to the messages.

He gets thousands of questions and comments daily more than likely and honestly he just doesn't have time to respond.  It's not that he is too good for you or anything. It's the same reason why if you write to a celebrity that you are unlikely to hear a response to your letter personally and if you do its a generic rubber stamp form letter from that person's fan club or agency that represents them.  There just aren't enough hours in a day to comment back or write emails to all those people that write in.
