Why doesn't vince like foley wrestling in matches?

Foley likes wrestling in matches and told vince about his ideas and neglected it.Its really bad on how foley isn't always wrestling even he made a show stealer at wrestlemania 22 when edge speared foley on the table.I really hate it and vionce doesn't like using foley.He didn't wrestle lately and miss two wrestlemania.He missed in wrestlemania 23 and showed at backstage iwth snoop but he should have been ref or something.He always liked to wrestle but vince put him in stupid matches like wrestling with coachman or teaming with hornswoggle.He actually made a good desicion signing with tna?

Wq:Will foley be a full time wrestler in tna or just a semi-reired wrestler?

Ever since taking the dive in that cage match against the Undertaker, he has been semi-retired in the WWE. Except for his role as SmackDown Announcer he was generally there in spots. He'd just come and go. He has never been a steady part of the WWE after that fall, though. (EDIT: Or rather, he was not contracted for 1-3 year periods like others. And was offered book promotions and other incentives, and cameos such as his appearance at William Regal's WWE Idol.)

Foley is now unable to carry too many bumps thats why he is Semireired at this moment and this status is not going to change when he joins TNA.In TNA his status and role will be same as the role of Sting in TNA
