Why doesnt Collingwood hav a clash jumpa???

collingwood doesnt have a clash jumpa nd i want 2 know y this is!!! even bloody carlton has to wear 1!!!!! p.s Carltonfc rox!!

They don't want to wear a jumper that isn't reflective of the Collingwood of old. Basically they're getting a bit s****. with the rest of the league and saying we've been playing for as long as the competition has been going so we're wearing our original jumper and all the other little teams and johnny-come-lately teams can change their uniforms when we come to play....pfft....stripes are soooo 1920 ;P

Some clubs want clash jumpers (increased revenue from merchandise), some don't (pride, history). So far, only Collingwood has said no to all requests.

However, if the AFL decides that Collingwood has to wear one, Collingwood will have to comply.

Carlton have worn one to cooperate with the afl on the matter of potential clashes.

Collingwood think that they are different for some reason, but the truth is that they are weak club with a recent history of on-field failure.

I have to agree with askandanswer's comment. Collingwood and especially Eddie, who thinks the game revolves around Collingwood FC. Its bulllsh*t that any other team has got one but Collingwood. Yeah so Collingwood has got tradition, so has so many friggin' teams too. What makes Collingwood so special??????

collingwood do not have one as they are a very historic club and are not required to wear one as their jersey is quite unique
