Why doesnt a few keys work on my laptop keyboard?

on my laptop adVent 7113 to get they keys X C V M work i need to hold down either letter z b n then the shift button eVery tiMe then they will work only as Capitals tho? also the punCtuation on the saMe line dont work does anyone haVe a siMilar prob or know what Can repair it? I haVe replaed the keyboard but still saMe

sadly if youve replaced the keyboard and its still the same ,its the motherboard thats at fault

You've got num lock on, take it off :)

Change or Reset the key board settings in control panel.

Try to change driver.update or Roll back.in driver tab.

To service keys map those keys and remove it and clean.

and install Norton utilities to check how working the key board.

take it to a reair shop , the connections underneath are probably out of line
