  1. Cards that haven't been released Worldwide are banned from the World Championship, and Ehren Lightsworn Monk was not released Worldwide. Hope this helps!


  2. Ehren was not legal for the event because the card was never release in Japan. Thats why we see alot of weird decks because most of the good cards are banned.
