Why doesnt google have a special picture today for labor day?

so this is kind of a random question, but i was just wondering why google doesnt have a special little icon on its home page for the holiday today.....

Labour day is only for a few countries like the US. Google is an international business and must b e fair to others. Just like it doesn't honor any form of independence day.
