Why doesnt he like me?

okay, so i really like this guy and i have for a year and a half. He's not totally hot, but thats completley irrelevant to me because i love everything about him and every aspect of his personality. I work with him and we can laugh and joke around sometimes, but he doesnt like me in that way (im assuming)

most of the guys at my work are really into me and like me as more than a friend, but not him.

he is kinda shy and ive already wondered if hes g*y, but i just dont know...

i know that we just may not be compatable but it seems like something else to me.

i need another opinion, i wonder if you can see something i'm missing

I don't really know the situation so this is just a thought.  Do you flirt with these other guys?  Maybe he's looking for a 'one-man woman'  type.  A lot of guys don't want to feel like they're competing .  They want to be the only one being flattered and getting all the attention. This could be the problem.  Try giving him a little extra attention and a sincere complement once in a while and see how he responds.  This would show him that you're interested and he might take the next step.

I don't really know the situation well enough to give you an exact answer. If I saw you two together, maybe I could answer your question better. Maybe you are just not his type? Maybe you should just ask him? Tell him you really like him. That you like him more than any guy and it's driving you crazy and you just wanna know why he doesn't like you.
