why doesnt my verizon razr let me change the backround in the front screen?

because technically you don't own the phone, verzion does. so its their settings. and if you change it you are against their contract when you bought the phone there.

this teaches you to get an unlocked phone from a motorola shop and get a simcard from verzion.
