Why doesnt my mascara come out of the tube anymore..? its not dried out?

its just like there is NOTHING in them, even though they are all virtually brand new and only been used once?? seriously, we are talking a week old and in one case even two days old mascara...? these things were sealed before bought and i live alone. there must be something in them but nothing comes out on the brush??

I usually put a drop of baby oil in there and plunge it really good to break it up.

ummm MAybe u are going to have to buy a new one... im just guessing

are you sure did u wipe the wand on a piece of paper to test it and if nothing comes out on the paper then bring it to the store with a copy of the receipt and get a refund or get a new mascara

put an eye drop in it.. and it will moisten it up and comeout
