Why doesnt my windows vista work with flash player 9?

Please help my adobe flash player 9 isnt working on my windows vista it justs stops working after i restart my computer and what is adobe flash player active x i think thats the promblem please someone help!!!!!

I'm not sure if this is your problem but 64 bit versions of programs usually have a hard time with Flash players as of now.
