Why doesnt my yahoo! mobile work?

i cant seem to log into yahoo! messenger on my phone it says that the request is not completed so i checked my yahoo! ID and password but it still didnt work. I called my service provider but they couldnt do anything about it. and yahoo doesnt have a number for customer service on the home page.
