  1. hes old. played in two olympic qualifiers but failed. so hes thinking nba ring.

  2. Here's why:  http://www.nba.com/playerfile/steve_nash...

Don't look at the averages tables, look at the totals.  The guy is 34 and has played that many games and minutes with a back problem.  Any more games on top of the NBA and he would be done for.  Why risk the last few years of his career chasing a title for a national team that is struggling (and after kicking Dalembert out there is obviously has a locker room issue at some level).

Nash put the Canadian team on his (ailing) back for years.  He deserves to look out for himself in this instance.  He obviously looks out for others on the court.

  3. I dont know. But he should

  4. Nash again led Team Canada during qualifying for the 2004 Summer Olympics at the Americas Olympic Qualifying Tournament in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was named tournament MVP,[38] but Canada finished fourth, missing out on the three Olympic spots available. That was the last time Nash played for Canada. In December 2007, he said, "In my mind right now, I'm not going to play for Canada any more."[39]

  5. he should, but i think that he is one of those guys now that takes it ez on the offseason. He is also gettin older.

I dont think he thought bout it!!!
