Why doesnt the cd ouput on my sony car stereo work but the radio has audio?It reads cd's but no audio?

I installed it correctly wire to wire and i still cant get any sound from my cd or aux input. when i play the radio it sounds fine. I'm going crazy cause it will display that it is reading my cd's and aux but I cant get even a beep from my buttons when in these modes. Do you know why?

Disconnect whatever's attached to the blue wire behind your head unit.  Connect it to the blue/white wire instead.  That should solve your problem.
