I'm assuming you mean going topless.  There are many reasons why I don't outside my home.  One is it would be extremely uncomfortable physically.  With b*****s my size, I require a great deal of support.  And last time I checked, bras cover the b*****s.  Another is I'm extremely sensitive to the sun.  Even with heavy layers of sunscreen, I still burn.  And of course, there's the personal choice to maintain a degree of modesty when not with my partner.  Sure, I show cleavage and sometimes dress s**y, but I see sexiness in a classier way, not the total skin-bearing S****y way that is popularized today.
