Why don't Christians get it?

Question

I don't know how to make this more simple.

According to Christians

1. God Creates man

2. God knows the future

3. There is a Heaven and h**l

Okay now God creates John.

God knows John is going to die a pagan or a Jew or what ever .

God knows John is going to h**l for not excepting Jesus Christ. (which is the only way into Heaven.)

My question is this; Why does God create John knowing he is going to h**l?

2. They give it all it needs to become a well rounded adult.

3. Child grows up, leaves home and chooses to become an outlaw.

4. After numerous jail terms finally gets life imprisonment with hard     labor by age 25.

Parents give us what we need to the best of their abilities but what we choose to become is beyond their influence and they can only help when we ask them to. Free will gives us control of our choices otherwise we would be Gods slaves without choice, not His children. What is there to "get".

God calls all people to salvation but not all answer.  When God calls again and again how can any one blame a perfect God for our faults.  He loves us so much that He sent His son to us that we might know of His love.  His son died to set us free by just accepting Him.  A gift of such love yet some are to proud or blind to see.  It is God's desire that none should be lost but satan leads many astray with false religions and lies that people cling to.

Because you have been taught the wrong idea that the bible is really trying to say. You have adheared to the popular christian belief that the soul is immortal. Ecclesiastes 9:5 says "For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten".

Ecc 9:10 says " All that your hand finds to do, do with your very power, for there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in She′ol, the place to which you are going".

Now if you were burning in h**l wouldnt you have knowledge of it? But according to Gods word we have NO CONSCIOUSNESS in death.

Ezekiel 18:4 says," Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so likewise the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul that is sinning—it itself will die.

If the soul belongs to God why would he give them to the devil. Also it says that the soul that is sinning will die.

Of course most people refuse to believe this because it is not the popular belief.

Jesus said in Matthew 7:13 and 14 Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it;  whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it. As you can see the popular road leads to destruction.

Also another popular belief is that h**l and the lake of fire is the same.

Revelation 20:14 and 15 says And death and Ha′des were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire. IN the King James bible Hades is replaced with h**l. So h**l is hurled into h**l??? What??? NO that is not what this scripture means. In actuallity h**l is the dwelling place of the dead, the ones who are conscious of nothing. So death and being dead will be thrown into the lake of fire, meaning there will be no more dying.

Your question is really this: Why did God create mankind at all? The Bible does give some reasons for this, such as for mankind's fellowship and freely given love. As for why He did this when He knew we'd rebel against and reject Him? You'll have to ask God. Or I can when I see Him and try to get the answer to you. There are hints in the Bible that this is to show to Satan once and for all who is right and who truly is God. That is probably part of the answer. The thing is, h**l was created by God specifically for the devil and his angels. Anyone else who winds up there does so by choice because there is a means of escape. What's really important to note regarding our free will is that, even though God knows how we'll each choose, God does not interfere with our choice in any way or compel us to choose Him. Those who reject God and His gift of salvation would not want to spend eternity in heaven with the very God they hated and rejected anyhow. The most amazing and perplexing question is this: Why do people prefer to choose eternal damnation over eternal life?

God says: "I set before you this day death and life. Therefore choose life."

God gave the requirements to be Born Again. h**l is forever.If you do not like that then so be it. John has the same chance to be saved as anyone else, but he choose to remain the servant of Satan.

God creates each individual. God predetermines certain things in ones life, such as height, when he dies, etc. But God has given each human a brain and two paths to walk upon. One path is the path of the believer or the follower. the other is the path of a sinner. He has given individuals like john the choice to choose the path he wishes to undertake. Each obstacle one reaches in life is a test and one must choose the correct path in order to reach Heaven. Many people say religion is the trouble of life but in fact its not. Without religion one leads a empty life as one has nothing to look forward to.

Edit to Jade. God has a plan and this plan is the salvation of the world it is not a plan to determine a man's individual life.

Jade Some Christians may actually believe God scripts a man's life according to a plan there is no scriptural evidence for believing such a thing.

Why do you think I, as an explicit atheist, am fond of theology?

Your example is not entirely apt, to tell you the truth, but there are many others.  Reconciling the Old and New Testaments by the Christian faith is a might endeavor if approached honestly, and even then d**n near impossible.

I will give you a clue. Jesus said  "No one knows when the Son of Man will return, only the Father knows". This has nothing to do with your question. It is an example of how God does things his way.But if you are smart, you should be able to work it out.

One of the main reasons I can't believe in GOD.

The idea that there is some supreme being that sees and knows everything and has a devine plan for all of us is wonderful, but why would its plan involve the inability to believe and a reprocussion of h**l?

It's setting humans up for failure. It's like giving someone a job, discussing their long term goals and plans, while the whole time you know that you're firing them in 3 months and that no matter how good they think they're doing, they'll still be out of a job?

God gave us free will. He can only send messengers and little angels to help us get to heaven but if we choose his will. The bible says as long as your still breathing, there is hope. God is a father not a dictator. He gives us free will to choose. Even God says in the bible about Jesus."This is my son, who I am well pleased. " meaning Jesus had the option to sin. But he didn't becasue he chose to do Gods will. Adam and eve had choices and they chose their will instead. But up until you die God still gives us a chance to repent and choose him.
