Why don't I care anymore?

I have often been accused of caring too much. Complete strangers feel comfortable telling me the most intimate details of their lives. I am incredibly responsible.

Recently I've been dating a very nice man. He is sweet, attentive and complimentary. He is the kind of man I would usually fall head over hills for. A man I had dated in the past is now confessing his undying love for me. To top it off a third man has asked me to marry him.

Most women would be flattered. I am so numb to all of them. I like the attention, but I just don't feel what they feel. Have I died inside? I just don't care anymore.

You havent died inside. you are probably just numb because you have a dicission that will affect your life ahead of you. maybe none of those guys really are that "perfect guy" anymore. you grow over time so you probably outgrew that type of man. no worries though, you must be a great women to have 3 guys all ready for you so im sure you know what is best for you as an individual.

i'm thinking: somewhere, something deep down inside of you knows these men are not right for you. or you might have commitment issues.

regardless....do pursue whatever or whoever makes you feel most happy.

human nature = chasing a challenge.

Humans want what they can't have, no matter how caring they are.

That is something you cannot grow out of.

When people get older, and start worrying more about being with someone, then they settle down.  But when they're young, they want the thrill of chasing.

I think that's what you have.

it might be every "persons' dream to have someone love them passionately, but that doesn't mean they want it yet.

Honey it is called being burned out. I often say my give a d**n is broken when I feel like you do now. Take some time for you, relax, refuel. You will care again, when you take care of your self. You can not give what you have ran out of, take care of you or you can't take care of others.
