I'm never hungry. I eat don't get me wrong, I've been on the same diet for 4weeks now. 4-6meals I mostly eat fruits and veggies and for dinner Chicken Tuna or any other fish. Drink water and that's it. When I first started this diet After eating like 10Min's later my belly would make all these hunger noises. And the first week I lost 2 pounds. 2nd week 1 pound. However after the 2nd week my belly stopped getting smaller and instead it got bigger and I no longer feel hungry. I even started exercising more so I would feel hungry but no nothing. All the fruits and veggies I'm eating feels like they are still in my stomach and that I'm not burning any fat. I kept on doing what I was for the 1st two weeks thinking it will be fine but the last two weeks my stomach got bigger and bigger. Why is this happening? What went wrong?

  1. If you start a diet, you will eat "x" amount of calories, therefore you are training your body to burn "x" amount of calories. You body may be retaining body fat because it thinks you are starving it. Keep at it & keep up the exercise - exercise is the most important part of dieting.Go to your local gym or see a dietician to ensure that you are on the right track. Try ab exercises to start toning your stomach. It seems that you have plataeued (leveled out) on your weight loss at present. Keep at it girl and it will all come right.
