I know that it's important to sleep, but I never feel like sleeping even if I'm tired and I know it because I don't feel like I need to. What's going on?

  1. i can only fall asleep fast when i have done a lot of physical activity that day.

like running, or stuff with friends.

try doing more of that, it works!

  2. I feel the same.

Perhaps you're a bit of an insomniac, you should go check with a doctor to be honest. I'm no professional, but they may say that you lack serotonin in your brain - which regulate sleep, appetite, mood, sexual desire, etc.

There are these capsules I take: 5-HTP which should increase levels of that serotonin, though I have not checked with a doctor, and therefore do not know whether or not it is right. However, it makes me terribly drowsy, and I tend to fall asleep earlier.

Perhaps that is what can help you?

Don't just take it from me, go seek a professional, and good luck!

  3. sometimes i cant sleep and go a whole day without sleeping too but i am no doctor so i suggest taking a sleep tablet or something like that (by the way one of my career choices is being a doc)

  4. Did you take any drugs..? Try some metal relaxing exercise or see a doctor. Maybe you drank too much coffee.

  5. Insomnia
