Why don't I get flowers on my snowball bush?

  1. Prune it and it should bloom next year.  They are spring/early summer bloomers so they're done for this year.  I have three of them; two of which I propagated from the largest of the three.  The biggest I've not pruned in years due to its size - it's about 8 feet tall now, probably that big around as well and it still blooms like mad.  Try pruning it though.
