  1. TOO MUCH info

    TOO LITTLE thought

    TOO LATE   yes

  2. I'm not very experienced at Yahoo Answers, but I thought the Asker got to pick the "Best Answer."  I've asked a couple of questions and got to pick the "Best Answer."  Maybe you waited too long to pick.  I sure don't know.  Maybe another Answerer can shed more light on the situation.

  3. Yes, the person who asked the question has the right to select a best answer, but for a limited time only.  If he/she does not do so, it goes to an open situation where anyone can vote for the best answer.

If there is a tie, the voting period is extended as a tiebreaker.

  4. You can choose Best Answer when your question has been up for 4 hours. If after 4 days you don't get a good answer, you can click Extend Expiration or click Edit and then Ask for a Vote.

If you don't choose a Best Answer, put it to a vote, or take steps to extend the question, it automatically goes to a vote after 4 days. Once it goes to a vote, you cannot choose Best Answer anymore.
