Why don't I have dreams

a lot of people have vivid dreams that they remember and that signify something, but I don't have those...

technically, if you go through REM (rapid-eye movement) during deep sleep, you have many dreams. you just don't remember them when you wake up.

i "don't have dreams" either.

I don't dream, much. It is something to do with an eight hour sleep pattern, but I am not sure...
