I weigh about 100-105ish, I'm about 5'7", i'm in the 15-17 age range, and when I do like BMI tests, it says i'm underweight, but I don't look thin, i look kinda fat, like my stomach, hips, and legs and i'm wondering why that is?

  1. because for your age you are sapposed to look like that. your body needs to grow and that is a what you look like when that happens and stuff...ya

  2. You must be crazy

  3. you're probably not fat, different people have different opinions on theirs and other peoples body.

some of that weight could aslo be just fat. so you'd have less muscle, and fat takes more space, to make you look bigger.

  4. all your fat probably goes to one place.

    oh well.

  5. uhhhm if your 5'7'' and only 100 pounds....you have a problem

  6. Could be a combination of things, but good proportions are what make someone look attractive. Carrying too much weight in some areas and not enough in others could be the problem. Try more physical activity - great for getting proportions in check.

  7. probably ur muscles or u got big bones

  8. How can you be fat with that weight and height? I am that weight at 5"2 and I dont look fat at all. Maybe you are very self critisizing, or maybe its more concentrated in one area. I feel like that sometimes but honestly other people will never notice or obsess as much as you do. You are thin.

  9. Maybe you are thin. You just see yourself as a big. you are like 105 pounds! I wouldn't worry too much about it.

  10. you have a distorted body image... talk to your parents or someone you trust asap

  11. you must be flat chested or extremely self conscious

  12. It's called body image distortion. You don't see what everyone else does. My advice would be to get a counselor. You are at least 20 pounds underweight.

  13. it might just b the way you're built. I know plenty of people who should b skinny, weight wise, but don't look it. U r so lucky! Im only an inch taller and 50 lbs. heavier...i hope ur healthy though!

  14. Please... don't trick yourself into becoming anorexic. You're thin... now quit staring at yourself in the mirror and find something productive to do.

  15. thats easy

its because your legs are the hardest area to lose the weight

you lose all the weight in the breast area and ab area. so you have very little fat there but fat everywhere else.

what u need to do it gain the weight back and get to a healthy weight again

    you are seriously underweight.

and then get a trainer or look online for specific muscle building weight loss  programs or exercises for your legs and bum area.

  16. you probley just have a lot of body fat with not very much muscle.

fat weighs less than muscle, but fat also takes up more room than muscle does.

i would suggest doing some weight training if you want to tone up
