Why don't I receive my own posts via email?

I receive posts from other group members, and I receive replies to my posts, but I don't receive my own posts. This question has been asked before, but the answer was unsatisfactory.

this question has been asked many times.

some providers, like gmail, does not think you want an additional copy of your own mail in your in box, so their default settings is you don't get it. there's a setting within there to change that.

this is your mail provider issue, has nothing to do with Yahoo at all. Yahoo groups has no such setting that prevents you from getting your own posts in your inbox- Yahoo's deal is you get them all, including your own.

you need to locate that setting or contact your mail provider to direct you to that setting
