Why don't I tan, even in the summer when I'm outside a lot????

I'm a 16 year old girl and I have fair skin, and even in the summer my skin hardly gets any darker. I don't get burned either, and my skin doesn't have freckles, or acne, but why does my skin always stay the same?

you shouldnt spend all day in the sun uv rays and stuff can raise ur chances of cancer or somethin like that

I'm the same exact way, except I have freckles from when I was younger. I don't burn or tan. I know it's REALLY annoying. The pigment in people's skin varies. If it bothers you, I suggest using a self tanner, I do :)
