Why don't You Believe in Western Medicine?

You're not real doctors and the fact is that there is real proff that these medicines work.

Tell me, do you believe that Penicillin can Cure Strep Throat?

Put Penicillin under the microscope and watch it kill the "Strep Throat". That is real.

Wake up, Western Medicines work for the most part. Sure, Drug Companies spread propaganda a lies but a lot of their medicines are affective.

Vaccinations? Look how many people die from not taking them. They don't cause Autism because the no longer contain mercury and haven't for decades.

The problem is many people that don't fully comprehend these highly sophisticated medicines trying to understand them, and trying to is near futile for the lay person.

Why don't you belive in western medicine? If not do you believe in any Western Medicine? What about Western Surgery?

It's because they are poorly educated types who like to be seen as Bohemian and spiritual.

I believe in it, but I also believe in a few of the natural medications too like Colloidal Silver which has been proven to work, certain Vitamins, natural hormones. These are pretty much the only things I have tried.

We still do the Tylenol, Excederin, Vaccines- a must I believe. I had the chicken pox when I was 13 and it was h**l and I don't want my Daughter going thru that.

The things that are minor I take care of at home- I don't feel we need to rush down for everything and all the rest I leave it up to those that have studied medicine and are knowledgable.

Hubby has had Hernia surgery and me well a csection. Those are the only surgeries so far.

Vaccinations don't contain mercury? Hon, DO some research!

Alternative health has been around for many hundreds of years.Western medicine, not nearly as old.

People believe in Alternative health because it works, for the most part without and poisonous c**p that goes along with it.

Of course Modern medicine has many benefits when it comes to life or death situations requiring surgeries or heavy duty medications that could kill major duty infections but if you are going to sit here and try to convince me that alternative medicine has no benefits, you have another thing coming.

I wouldn't believe in it if it didn't work.Simply put.It's not about "mind over matter, believing in it will make it work".It's about people have been using natural remedies since the beginning of time.

So stop being overly skeptical (being skeptical is good, being overly skeptical is ignorant) and try something for goodness sakes because you probably haven't.

I believe in educating myself and knowing what I can do to cure a common cold, boost my immune system, detox poisons out of my body. I get sick about once every 3 years. I have 6 children that I choose not to vaccinate not because mercury was or wasn't in it. It was a personal decision that I can make, living in this country. Now do I send my kids to school to eat all that c**p that is made in the cafeteria, h**l no. Do I take some responsibility to make sure they eat better than the average kid- YES.

Am I grateful for western medicine. YES... But the thing is, I do not put drugs and Dr.'s on pedestals..... Would I if one of my kids was in a car accident? YES... Would I turn to Dr.'s and meds if I was diagnosis with cancer? absolutely not. That's where I turned to what I believe in. Alternative Health, the body healing itself, given all the right tools and resources.

BTW- I can get rid of strep without Penicillin. I will use antibiotics, if and only if, I can not get rid of something with my "stuff"..
