  1. Well Why are democrats so likely to aid or enemies.

    Your question is way skewed.

We are just protecting our self's.

  2. well may be because they didn't like a candidate so there's no reason to vote if you actually don't like any candidate )with like i mean not his body but what they say what they promise to do if you vote for then).

an other reason could be that they're tired of listening to promises that never get done, because once i read vote for the candidate that does less promises because he'll be the one that less disillusion Will give you

  3. Many people are working when they hold the voting or they are too old to get to the booths or they don't like anyone that is running.

  4. I think many people don't vote because they feel that their vote won't make a difference.

  5. I always vote, but when I ask people who don't vote why they don't vote, the answers I get most often are either of the following:

    1) My vote doesn't really count anyway (or some variation on rigged elections or bad machines or cheating vote counters)

    2) It doesn't matter, nothing will change no matter who I vote for

Mind you, I don't agree with either statement above and I would never miss a chance to participate in our government process.  Hope this helps!

  6. they're lazy

  7. It is only during presidential elections that I vote.  The reason for this is that if I vote in an off-year election, I then within a few months get summoned to jury duty.  I don't understand why this happens since there are over 4 million eligible people in my area who could serve and I can't see how the system can work through them in only a couple years, except that I know people who don't vote and don't get summoned.  Plus, the American political system no longer is about doing what is right for the American people.  It is about doing whatever a special interest group and whoever gave the most at the political fundraiser wants.

An old saying goes, "What is right isn't always popular and what is popular isn't always right".  No one stands up for what is right any more so why should I vote?  When someone is willing to buck the system and stand for what is right, then I will vote for that person.

You might ask what is right?  What is right is what the founding fathers intended when they wrote the documents that made this country what it was in the beginning, not how revisionist historians interpret it now.
