  1. They're probably not aware that the laws apply to them as well, or they intentionally disregard them.

As for punishment, governments probably don't think it's that big a deal... nobody cares until somebody dies.

  2. They are supposed to obey traffic laws, but they are not enforced too much.  One collided with me damaging my car a few years back. He refused to stay for the police. My n**i insurance company at the time charged me for an fault accident causing my insurance to go up. I was not ticketed by the police either.  I pulled all of the State and City laws, and he broke at least 2 of them which caused the accident. Plus he broke the law fleeing the scene of the accident. He was not an American, but one of Eastern European orgin. He possibly could have been illegal explaining why he fled the scene of the accident. You have to watch them. This bicycle was riding down a sidewalk going the wrong way and did not slow down.

  3. They are aware of the laws buy they just dont like to follow them and it has been proven that more cycle accidents are caused by the lack of following the rules of the road and not the driver of the vehicle.......

  4. I know ur absolutely correct but who will explain our govt for this lol

    They never understand
