Why don't birds suffocate due to carbon dioxide near trees when they sleep at night?

  1. Because, although the trees emit carbon dioxide during the night as part of their respiration function, the percentage of the carbon dioxide in the air never reaches a dangerous level, or even discomfort level. Let's not forget that the trees are in open air with sufficient oxygen always present, not in greenhouses or closed rooms!!!.


  2. trees convert carbon dioxide to oxygen..... air around a tree is therefore rich in oxygen.....
