Why don't black people tip when they eat out?

Not saying all black people but most don't. This is not a racist question just curious to why they never tip my girlfriend and she is a very good waitress and a nice person too.Not looking for negative comment's from people who have never been in the biz.

Probably just a cultural thing.

I'm definitely not racist, and I was a waiter for 2 years, and I also noticed that they either don't tip at all, or tip a very small amount. I'm so glad I don't have that job anymore!

What people need to realize, is that most waiters/waitresses only make around 3 dollars an hour. They rely on TIPS to be able to live. So, if your waiter is nice, please, please tip them!
