  1. because it would only make the problem WORSE.

  2. Cause then the crazy people who are already speeding and whipping throw traffic would be doing it even faster.

  3. If you can't move cause of a traffic jam during rush hour, what's the point?

  4. rush hour is caused by the amount of cars, not the speed of the cars.  Cities need to find a way to make the flow of traffic more productive (ie get rid of turn lanes by making separate roads to get to certain destinations...this would still cause problems because 1) people have to turn eventually 2) you somehow have to get onto these roads) basically if there was an easy solution to traffic, they would have solved the problem.  The city is probably has better ideas than I do but that is why I am a studying to be a teacher, not a traffic engineer.

  5. This would be the worse time to do this also.Every ones in hurry anyway. And you can only go has fast as the car in front of you.

In Jacksonville Fla. They convert Four lane/six lanes to one ways at this time. It's a big help.and works.

  6. because no matter how fast or slow you go during rush hour you are still at a standstill lol

  7. because all those people wha are speeding will sipmly increase thier speed

  8. To what end!?

  9. My God
