Why don't free music radio sites let you skip a certain amount of songs an hour?

I just wanted to know because i dont wanna pay for a subscription to any music radio site just to skip songs

Most do allow you to skip a few songs a hour but to keep people from going only to their favorite songs (Basically forcing these companies to pay money for songs you don't listen to). they limit how many songs per hour you can skip over. I Beleive it's done by IP address, so if you have more than one person skipping, you will get this issue of not being able to skip

They do let you skip a certain mnumber of songs per hour, and then they don't let you skip anymore. What's your question?
