Homeless people lost most or every thing of value in terms of materials. So I guess that sense gone. That is not important for them. Even if you give them some thing nice they will not value it or maybe sell it very cheap or do an exchange.

are you serious.. they go shopping in boutiques but they sleep rough on benches because they hate a nice soft bed..  and love to be cold in winter and exposed to danger.. well why do you think.....  if they have no money to live anywhere.. why on earth would they have money to go to a super expensive dress shop and buy expensive clothes so that they can look great sleeping in the pooring rain on a park bench covered with some newspapers... the people have no jobs and have no money. and have no home.. so how on earth should they have money for nice clothes if they even probably dont know how to buy a sandwich and where their next meal is going to come from.. ???

Are you really serious with this question? They are homeless, and most of them only have the clothes they are wearing and nothing else. Not all homeless people dress poorly.
