I weigh 170lbs but no one ever believes me. Everyone always says that i look like i weigh 140.

Why do you think that is?

  1. muscle weighs more than fat


  2. i am the same way I'm 177 and people think I'm around 140-150. So if you are like me then your thin and in shape and muscle is whats giving you the weight
