Why don't men shut the door when they use the toilet? ?

An ex-bf, my grandfather and my husband are the men I have known who don't shut the door ... and then they get upset when I walk in because the door is still open and the lights aren't on!

I live alone and never shut the bathroom door when I'm here by myself.  When my guy friends are here, most of us don't bother to close the door if we're just going to pee.  We don't care if we see or hear each other p**s.  It happens all the time when we use a public mens room.  I close the door to use the bathroom if women are in my home.  I have one female freind who doesn't close the door when she's here.  We've know each other for many years and are comfortable around each other.
