  1. it not that the mothers dont feed their children

its just that sometimes the kids wont eat the food that is healthy for them and which the moms want their kids to eat

then they eat all this junk food to make up for the fact that they have had to healthy food

    and then they are fat

  2. gosh you are an a good mood today ? love that smile

  3. The last time I checked, it took two people to make a baby.  That means two people are responsible for raising a child.  Why isn't Dad being blamed as well?

It sounds like you have weight problems and need someone to blame.  Go have another donut, and know that it's nobody's fault but your own.

  4. At some point you have to take responsibility for your own life. I agree that parents need to teach their children healthy eating habits from the time they are small, but even if they don't, as an adult you have a choice of what goes in your mouth.

  5. I grew up in a buddhist household.   Just for a little insight, that means we were vegan.   While the other kids brought Peanut butter and lunchable to school, I had tabolouli, chick peas and an apple. I ate no refined sugars drank no soda, never once have i touched ice cream or cheese cake or anything mcdonalds has to offer.  I played on three sports teamand walked to and from school every day.

    Guess what, I was chubby.

It isn't always what you put in your kids.

While I will concede that some parents will feed their child just about anything that keeps them happy, more and more parents are watching and making heathy choices.  However, in the end, some people are just are just a little chubby regardless of how properly they eat and how much they exercise.

  6. Well, there is another way to look at this...  See, my mother didnt let me eat the sweets and such when I was younger and now that I am an adult, I'm addicted.... Hence -- I'm fat ;)

So I guess it can go both ways.. Poor mothers, they are damned if they do and damned if they dont... LOL

  7. My mom did help. When I was younger, our after school snack was fruits and veggies with a glass of milk. We rarely ever got sweets, unless we bought it with our allowance, or birthdays. We didn't get potato chips that often either. Now, none of us (my two brothers, my sister or I) are overweight. I am keeping that tradition alive with my children.

  8. i agree, parents need to take responsibility for their child. you cant feed them mc Donald's, chips, soda ever day and wonder what happened. theres is no excuse for that. you cant expect a child either to not have a soda or mc Donald's, but if you teach them properly they will know when to stop and how to balance out their foods.
