Why don't my Yahoo Search results open in a new window?

I have to go to my preferences and change it every time I get on the computer. It used to work everytime I turned on my computer without the hassle of always editing my search options. I recently deleted my cookies through tools menu. If the deletion caused this, how do I remedy this? I have XP. Thanks

If you are in advanced of inet options and you hit apply it should save. It may be a temporary bug.
